Meet the Team

    Jason Stevens (Co-Founder/LCSW)

Therapy is a space where you can explore yourself and all of the intricacies that are you. It is a courageous endeavor that takes vulnerability, transparency, and accountability. Helping people discover more about themselves is work I am deeply passionate about. It’s a privilege to ally with you and help you determine for yourself the next best steps. I enjoy using a mix of modalities and interventions to encourage thoughtful reflection and growth with my clients. This approach is skills-focused and strength-based. I am most interested in what you want for yourself and how you envision therapy can help.

    Andrew Muñoz LCSW

I find people are far more capable and resilient than they realize. My approach to therapy is collaborative, eclectic and person-centered. Whether the challenge stems from experienced trauma, anxiety, depression or conflict within your relationship, skills can be learned to navigate your life circumstance. Relationships make up the core of who we are as human beings and effort is needed to learn skills to communicate, have healthier conflict resolution or rebuild a relationship (with others and self).

  • Grace Pearce (CMHC Intern)

Many people spend years longing to be understood. They want someone to make sense of their emotions, patterns, and those complicated parts of themselves. I believe that people who come to therapy, come because they are seeking answers. They want to not only better understand themselves, but then use what they learn to form and shape the kind of world that they would want to live in. My role as a therapist would be to join these clients in their journey through helping them to understand the function of their behaviors, help them to feel validated and seen in the process, and teach them skills that build a life that is meaningful.

I provide a validating, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, understand their behaviors, and learn appropriate DBT skills to help them learn to regulate, cope, and build a life that feels meaningful while being grounded.

It can feel confusing and overwhelming to make sense of what you want your life to look like. But you don't have to figure it out alone. If you are looking for support, clarity, or skills to help you cope, I would love to connect. Together, we can explore finding what makes your life meaningful, unique, and worth celebrating.
